The house was a 1950s ranch style in the South Hills part of Fort Worth. The Client’s Realtor had never used our company before either, so it was nice to hear that we impressed both Nicci and her Realtor. By the way, it also sounds like the Seller is trying to get the items we found fixed. That’s even better, huh?
