New Roof or Bad Roof???

From the street, this view of the roof was hidden. The rest of the slopes were nice, fresh, new shingles.

Problem? These actually are “new” shingles, too (meaning they had never been installed before). But these “new” shingles are manufacturer’s defects that were sitting in someone’s warehouse or storage room until the roofer actually used them. The Seller was “right”. But, when spilled the beans, our Buyer Client got a NEW, new roof.
